I have broad experience as a journalist – ranging from colourful travel features to in-depth reports on issues such as local government finance, cyber attacks and net zero initiatives.
I draw elements of these diverse approaches into an ongoing project exploring the Beatles’ plans to buy a Greek island in 1967. I’ve discussed this research in a peer-reviewed journal, on podcasts, and at an international symposium – and it's been featured in the Observer newspaper.
Publications I’ve written for include national media such as the Guardian and the Sunday Telegraph as well as specialist, policy-focused magazines. Whatever topic I’m covering, I use my skills in interviewing, analysis and research to find the stories and details that will make the content stand out.
