BT: 'Including You' website

As a writer for Muse Publishing, I wrote the copy for a new BT website for people with a disability or impairment.

Details

I discussed the plans for the site with the client to understand the company's technology and what they wanted the site to achieve. I then worked with designers and BT's content owners to draft and develop copy for the pages. This included writing new copy as well as editing and streamlining content from various sources.

"Jonathan has a real eye for detail and will challenge anything that does not make sense at first reading, which is refreshing as some copywriters just accept what they have been told to do.
